The company shall cancel or postpone delivery in any event or circumstance arising beyond its control.

Terms of Payment: Payments must be made in advance or against delivery as agreed.

All goods shall remain the property of the company until full payment settlement has been completed.

Goods once sold will not be taken back under any circumstances.

Advance payments made to the company are strictly non-refundable. Advance amount will not be refunded after 48 hours from the date of booking.

All cheques must be crossed and marked “A/C Payee” in the name of Adam’s Ale.

In case any cheque is dishonoured, the customer will be liable to pay ₹350 per cheque as a processing charge.
